We do not charge a deposit. We are one of the few car rental companies in Poland where you pay no deposit whatsoever when renting a vehicle.

Yes, after prior contact we are able to both deliver the car and collect it from an agreed location for an additional fee.

No need to worry – in addition to the included kilometre allowance, you can also purchase additional kilometre packages. More information can be found in the Terms and Conditions section.

We take great care of our cars in order to provide our customers with the highest standard of service. Due to the high risk of damage to the paintwork, we recommend using only touchless car washes. If needed, we can provide this service through our sister company – KPR Center – which specialises in professional car detailing.

Absolutely. If you own a sports or unique vehicle, get in touch and start earning with us. We offer a partnership that allows car owners to benefit from renting out their vehicles while simultaneously optimising the costs of maintaining them.

A vehicle may be rented by a person who is at least 18 years of age, holds a valid identity document (for EU citizens – an identity document in accordance with the national law of the Renter's country of residence; for other foreign nationals – a valid passport) and has held a valid category "B" driving licence recognised in Poland for at least 1 year.

The vehicle may be used outside the territory of Poland with our prior written consent and payment of a security deposit, which cannot be waived for an additional fee. Travel abroad without our consent is subject to a penalty and entitles us to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

At weekends, vehicle collection and return is only possible by prior arrangement. The service is carried out by one of our staff members for an additional fee in accordance with our price list. To book a time slot, please contact us by phone in advance.

In the event of vehicle damage, an accident, theft, break-in or any other criminal act, or loss of the vehicle keys, the Renter is obliged to notify us immediately by contacting KPR Cars at +48 660 400 900 and to follow the instructions received, including in particular reporting the claim to the insurer.
